    At REPS. we follow the scientific principles of strength training and nutrition and put it all together into easy-to-follow programs/small group classes so all you have to do is show up and train to get results!

    All sessions are designed specifically to help beginners get the coaching and space they need to learn at their own pace.

    **1 on 1 training and online coaching available

  • 1:1 training can be too expensive for most people to train frequently enough with a trainer to get results, and group training is generally overcrowded and struggles to deliver a high-level coaching service.

    That’s where we come in!

    With a max of only 6 people in our classes, you’ll get the support you need to learn to lift, stay safe, and most importantly GET RESULTS!

    With our nutrition programs and online support, our goal is to stay on top of the latest research and deliver step-by-step nutrition programs to make getting results and easy-to-follow process.
